At The Pandemonium Institute (TPI), we’re building more than games - we’re building unforgettable shared experiences. From the very beginning, our mission has been to make something different: games that spark joy, bring people together, and live on in the stories people tell long after the last night phase. Everything we do - from game design and storytelling to our app, merchandise, and events - flows from a set of shared beliefs. 1. Craft with Purpose and Pride
We aim for exceptional quality in everything we create – from our games and artwork to the way we communicate, ship products, and tell stories. Great things take care, and we care deeply about the details.
Whether it's a character ability, a custom insert, or a YouTube video – make it great. Then make it better.

We thrive on change and respond quickly when the landscape shifts. At TPI, everyone is trusted to take initiative and make decisions – but with the awareness that not everything needs to move fast.
