Refund policy

Shipping Policy - Updated 18- November 2025

Items may be returned provided they are received undamaged and in their original packaging, including any shrinkwrap, which must still be sealed upon return. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return postage.

Games will be refunded once received, for the amount paid on Shopify minus any shipping fees. The Pandemonium Institute reserves the right to deny a return request based on the circumstances (e.g., multiple returns from the same customer or a purchase made a significant time ago).
