Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled once the voucher code has been accessed or downloaded.

If you return an item originally purchased using a gift card, the refund amount will be credited back to your original gift card or issued as store credit. For orders paid using a combination of a gift card and a credit/debit card, refunds will be applied to the gift card first, with any remaining balance refunded to your primary payment method.
